Well, I got the kit from Hobby Centre in Abu Dhabi and the .46 OS engine and avionics online. I later decided to convert it to electric. The motor is a Turnigy 5055-600kv with standard Futaba S3003 servos. I configured it to be powered with a Zippy Flightmax 6s 3Ah lipo, 80A Turnigy Plush ESC on high timing and a 13x8" JXF prop.
Maiden flight at Antel, Kawit Cavite.
Analysis - The plane's too sensitive at 50% dual rates - will make it 65%. The plane's also a rocket, difficult to land for our flying field - will use 13x6" prop to slow it down a bit. Pics by Jet and copied without permission.
